Pre-order policy

• When you pay. Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. This is what secures your units from our allocation.
• When it ships. On the release date shown on the product page, or the next business day after we receive the product from the distributor. Release dates come from the publisher and can move; if the date changes we email you and you may cancel for a full refund.
• Cancellation. Any time before the order ships, full refund to the original payment method within 15 days.
• Short allocations. Publishers sometimes cut distributor allocations after pre-orders open. If we cannot fill your quantity, we fill in order of purchase and refund the missing units within 15 days of learning of the shortage. We never substitute a different product without asking.
• Price. The price you paid is the price; if the publisher raises MSRP before release we do not charge more, and if we lower our price before release we refund the difference on request.
• Magic: The Gathering. Pre-orders of sealed Magic product ship within Canada only for one year after release (publisher terms).
