Shipping

We ship from Laval, Quebec. Every parcel is tracked; we do not offer untracked mail.

Two kinds of items

• In stock, ready to ship: on our shelf in Laval. Orders placed before 2 pm Eastern on a business day leave the same day; otherwise the next business day.
• Ships from warehouse in 3 to 7 business days: held by our authorized distributor's Canadian warehouse. We order from it two to three times a week, receive it in Laval, check it, and ship it to you. The product page and the cart say which class an item is in; a mixed order ships once, when everything is here.
• Pre-orders ship on or just after the release date; see the pre-order policy.

Canada

Free tracked shipping on orders of $175.00 or more. Below that, the price is quoted live in the cart from your postal code (typically $7 to $15 for one booster box in Ontario or Quebec). Carriers: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or Chit Chats Select, whichever is the cheapest tracked option for your address; faster options are offered when available. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are the carrier's estimates in business days, plus our one-day handling.

United States

Quoted live in the cart, in Canadian dollars. Parcels are shipped duty-paid where possible; when a shipment is sent DDU, US customs may collect duties and a brokerage fee on delivery — these are third-party fees we cannot compute in advance. Trading-card products are classified under HS 9504.40.

International

We ship to most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mexico and Brazil. Import duties, VAT and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery.

Publisher restrictions

Sealed Magic: The Gathering product released less than one year ago ships within Canada only, under Wizards of the Coast's authorized-retailer terms. The product page shows the date the restriction ends. Other games have no such restriction.

Packaging

Booster boxes and cases are shipped in a corrugated box with padding; case-sealed product stays case-sealed. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents before opening any further and write to us within 48 hours so we can claim with the carrier.

Pickup

Local pickup in Dorval is available by appointment: choose it at checkout and we will email you when the order is ready.
