Returns and refunds

Sealed product

Factory-sealed product may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is still sealed, unopened and in the condition we shipped it. Once the shrink-wrap or case seal is broken the item cannot be returned, because we can no longer sell it as sealed. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the error is ours; the refund is issued to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the return.

Minor shrink-wrap scuffs, small dents on the outer cardboard and factory wrap variations are normal for mass-produced sealed product and are not defects.

Our mistake

Wrong item, missing item or an item we described incorrectly: write to us within 7 days of delivery and we cover the return and the replacement, or refund the line in full, your choice.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the parcel and the contents as received and write to us within 48 hours. We claim with the carrier and replace or refund; you do not have to wait for the claim.

Pre-orders

A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships. If our allocation is short, we refund the missing units within 15 days; see the pre-order policy.

Warehouse items

If an item marked "ships from warehouse" turns out to be unavailable at the distributor after your payment, we refund that line within 15 days and ship the rest of the order.

Legal warranty

Nothing here limits the legal warranty under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or your provincial equivalent.
