  1. Prices. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST, QST, PST) are shown separately in the cart and added at checkout for Canadian deliveries. For deliveries outside Canada, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are third-party charges we cannot compute and are payable by you on delivery. Stripe may show the amount in your local currency; the amount charged is the Canadian-dollar total.
  2. Order and review. Before paying you see every item, its price, shipping method, cost and estimated delivery, taxes and the total, and can correct or cancel. Payment through Stripe forms the contract; a written confirmation restating all of the above is emailed to you immediately.
  3. Payment. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. We never see your card number. Orders flagged by fraud screening may be cancelled and refunded in full.
  4. Delivery. As described on the shipping page and in your confirmation. Risk of loss passes on delivery; a tracked parcel that goes missing is replaced or refunded after the carrier claim, and you do not wait for the claim.
  5. Cancellation and returns. As described on the returns page and the pre-order policy. Refunds are issued within 15 days.
  6. Availability. "Ships from warehouse" items depend on distributor stock; if one cannot be supplied we refund that line within 15 days. Quantities per customer may be limited on allocated releases.
  7. Publisher restrictions. Sealed Magic: The Gathering product ships within Canada only for one year after release.
  8. Your rights. These terms do not limit the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer law. They contain no arbitration clause, no waiver of class actions and no restriction on public reviews.
  9. Governing law. Laws of Quebec and of Canada. Any dispute may be brought before the courts of your district of residence in Quebec, or the Office de la protection du consommateur.
